1. What is QRIS?

QRIS (Indonesian QR code Standard) is a standard from Bank Indonesia that can used for means of QR Code payment for payments through the money application server-based electronics, electronic wallet, or mobile banking.

2. Who can make QRIS payments?

QR payment applications at banking or fintech companies such as BCA mobile, Shopee Pay, Sakuku, OVO, Gojek, Dana, Go mobile, etc.

3. Are there any fees for QRIS payments?

For Merchants 0.7% per transaction, customers are not charged any fees.

4. Are there QRIS Payment Transaction Limit?

Limit per transaction is limited to a maximum of Rp. 2,000,000

5. How long is the settlement time for QRIS - Shopee Pay transactions?

Funds can be settled in H + 2 transactions.

i. How to Payment QRIS via ShopeePay

1. Open the Shopee Application
2. Select the "Me" menu and choose ShopeePay
3. Select Scan and scan the payment barcode
4. Choose Pay Now
5. Wait until the payment process is successful
6. Your transaction will be automatically confirmed in the system

ii. How to pay QRIS via BCA Mobile

1. Open your BCA mobile application
2. Select the QR menu
3. Scan the payment barcode
4. Select payment confirmation by pressing the "OK" button
5. Enter your BCA mobile pin
6. Wait until the payment process is successful
7. Your transaction will be automatically confirmed in the system

iii. How to pay QRIS via CIMB GoMobile

1. Open your GoMobile Application
2. Select the QR menu
3. Select the Scan menu and scan the payment barcode
4. Select Confirm and enter your GoMobile pin
5. Wait until the payment process is successful
6. Your transaction will be automatically confirmed in the system

iv. How to pay QRIS via LinkAja

1. Open the LinkAja Application
2. Select Pay on the Link menu
3. Scan the Payment Barcode
4. Select Confirm and enter your LinkA Pin
5. Wait until the payment process is successful
6. Your transaction will be automatically confirmed in the system

v. How to pay QRIS via Gopay

1. Open the Gojek Application
2. Select Pay on the Go menu
3. Scan the Payment Barcode
4. Select the Gopay payment method
5. Select Pay and enter your Gopay pin
6. Wait until the payment process is successful
7. Your transaction will be automatically confirmed in the system

vi. QRIS Payment Method via FUND

1. Open the FUNDS Application
2. Select Scan on the FUNDS menu
3. Scan the Payment Barcode
4. Select Pay using a FUNDS balance and enter your FUNDS pin
5. Wait until the payment process is successful
6. Your transaction will be automatically confirmed in the system
